My sister, Kristin, and her fiance, Jonathan, came all the way from Missouri to visit us! We had a great time showing them around the area and just hanging out. The kids loved having "new playmates" for the week too. The last night of the trip was a bit of a bummer since got rear ended on the freeway as we were coming back from the coast. The other pick-up truck was going about 50 mph when they hit us....so as you can guess, my car was TOTALED and we were all a bit banged up. We, however, are very thankful for God's protection, as it could have been so much worse (and we are glad that the children were not with us when it happened).

Our trip to Multnomah Falls. We hiked to the top with both kids.We enjoyed a beautiful day in Ecola Park and Cannon Beach on the Oregon Coast.
