Sheldon had a week to take off before the end of the year, and we had loosely planned a trip to Idaho to sight see. However, about 3 days before we were going to leave, the weather heading east was looking snowy, and not good for traveling, plus we weren't too set on going there anyway. When Disneyland was suggested, we couldn't pass up the warm and sunshine! Sheldon's dad, who is a pilot, was able to get us a great deal on standby tickets, and with only 3 days to plan and pack we were off to Disneyland!
Oh..but you have to hear how we broke "the news" to the kids, who were excited to go to Idaho (even they had NO IDEA what they were going to do there)! Sheldon sat them down and with a very serious tone explained that there was a change of plans and that we weren't going to go to Idaho. Braden started crying! Then Sheldon announced that we were going to Disneyland instead. Braden started laughing! Such a fun surprise!

Tower of Terror was a favorite. Thirteen story elevator drop...it was exciting!

Such great memories! The kids still talk about it almost everyday. The weather was perfect, the lines were short, and it turned out so well I am glad that I didn't have more than 3 days to plan! Hope to go back again someday.

Awesome guys! It is so cliche, but I think Disneyland may actually be the happiest place on earth (at least the happiest place to go with little kids!!) Jen and I talk about our trip all the time, and want to go back soon. So glad to hear you had a great time. Thanks for sharing!
